Nu m-am uitat prea bine pe proiectul tau, dar vreau sa fac o remarca; nu crezi ca daca vei ingrosa prea mult peretii inertia la pornire va fi mare si implicit va conduce la consumuri mari? bineinteles ca nu ma refer la cuptor.
Am facut si eu un gratar/plita cu zidarie de samota 6cm si parca tot mi se pare ca dureaza cam multicel pana intra in regim.
Aici ai nevoie sa cresti temp instant (daca se poate!), mai vezi tu, dar sa nu ajungi ca pentru a porni jucaria sa fi nevoit a baga o roaba de lemne.

Cuptorul se poate incalzi de la plita si apoi, daca nu s-a ajuns la temperatura dorita, se face focul in vatra.

pt cuptor cel mai indicat este caramida tiganeasca sau una la fel ca aia..sa intre repede in regim ..am cuptor din samota si dureaza aprinderea lui dar dupa ce sa incins tine pana a doua zi :lol:

Pentru un cuptor de exterior cred ca e de dorit sa se poata folosi in orice anotimp...deci ar trebui sa siba o inertia mai mare (zid 12cm).
Cuptoarele profesionale de pizza au 10cm grosimea peretelui si culmea...unii ptoducatori mentioneaza si consumul de lemne orar.

Usa cuptorului... aproape gata.
Mai trebuiesc sudate placutele de prindere pe zidarie si vopseaua termorezistenta.
